A founding partner bringing 25 years of expertise to his position as president and CEO, Chris Frostad is dedicated to the company's responsible and sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the development and building of a variety of high growth, early stage, public and private companies. Most recently, he was CEO in Residence of a Toronto-based Venture Capital firm. In the past, Frostad has been a guest lecturer at numerous business conferences, as well as at the INSEAD School of Business in Fountainbleu, France and at ABB's Learning Center in Zurich, Switzerland.

Scott Frostad's experience in the mining industry throughout Canada spans over two decades. He brings to his position as Vice President of Exploration a background in mineral exploration with renowned mining companies such as Lac Minerals, Teck and Placer Dome. Most recently, he was Environmental Specialist for Cogema Resources Inc. and managed environmental issues at both the Cluff Lake and McClean Lake Uranium Mines in Northern Saskatchewan. Frostad is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a B.Sc. in Geology, and holds a M.A.Sc. in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan.

James Doak, an Economist and Chartered Financial Analyst, is currently the President and Managing Director of Megantic Asset Management Inc., a Toronto-based investment company. He is also a director of PetroKazakhstan Inc., the third largest oil and gas producer in Kazakhstan and a company trading on the Toronto, New York and London stock exchanges.

A former Director of Superior Propane Inc. and Spar Aerospace Inc., Doak has also held key positions at ScotiaMcLeod Inc., First Marathon Securities Ltd., and McLeod Young Weir Ltd. Over the period between 1979 and 1997, Doak was the founder and President of Enterprise Capital Management Inc. and a past President and Director of the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts.

In addition, Doak is an active community member serving on a number of community associations. He is credited with establishing the Robert J. Salter Fellowship at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children.

Allan Beach is a Partner with the law firm of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP in Toronto. In addition to his general mergers and acquisitions experience, Allan has particular experience with venture capital corporations, domestic and offshore structured finance entities, flow-through share offerings, registered tax shelters and other government incentive financing. Allan regularly advises a wide range of clients in the corporate finance and securities industries.
