Chris Frostad, BBA, CA President & CEO

A founding partner bringing 25 years of expertise to his position as president and CEO,
Chris Frostad is dedicated to the company's responsible and sustainable growth. Throughout
his career, he has been instrumental in the development and building of a variety of high
growth, early stage, public and private companies. Most recently, he was CEO in Residence
of a Toronto-based Venture Capital firm. In the past, Frostad has been a guest lecturer at
numerous business conferences, as well as at the INSEAD School of Business in Fountainbleu,
France and at ABB's Learning Center in Zurich, Switzerland. |

Scott Frostad, BSc, MASc, PGeo, Vice President, Exploration

Scott Frostad's experience in the mining industry throughout Canada spans over two decades. He
brings to his position as Vice President of Exploration a background in mineral exploration with
renowned mining companies such as Lac Minerals, Teck and Placer Dome. Most recently, he was
Environmental Specialist for Cogema Resources Inc. and managed environmental issues at both
the Cluff Lake and McClean Lake Uranium Mines in Northern Saskatchewan. Frostad is a graduate
of the University of Western Ontario with a B.Sc. in Geology, and holds a M.A.Sc. in Mining
and Mineral Process Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He is a Member of
the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the
Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan. |

Roger Watson, BASc, Chief Geophysicist

For over 40 years Roger Watson has served the mining industry providing his geophysical expertise to
countless projects around the world. In 1972, Watson founded the firm of Paterson, Grant and Watson
Ltd. to provide a broad range of geophysical consulting and interpretation services. During this time
he oversaw large scale projects in Algeria, the Ivory Coast, the United States and Canada. In 1984 he was
a founding executive at Terraquest Ltd., a company specializing in airborne magnetic and
VLF electromagnetic surveys. Watson ran approximately 400 surveys in Canada, the United States and the
Caribbean. Most recently, Watson has consulted independently to projects in Zimbabwe, Iran, Ghana and
Canada until joining Purepoint on a full time basis.
Watson is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a B.A. Sc. in Engineering Physics, Geophysics
option. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Society of
Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), Canadian Exploration Geophysics, and the Society (KEGS), Prospectors
and Developers Association, Canada. |

Ram Ramachandran, BA, CA Chief Financial Officer

To his position as Chief Financial Officer with Purepoint, Ram Ramachandran brings an
11-year tenure as Deputy Director and Associate Chief Accountant with the Ontario
Securities Commission. Most recently, Ramachandran provided advisory services in the
area of litigation/compliance to numerous companies. To his credit, Ramachandran
conceived, developed and launched the Canadian Securities Reporting
Advisor – an on-line compliance tool for public companies. |

Andrew Gracie, BSc, PhD Consulting Geologist

Throughout his career spanning over 35 years, Dr. Gracie has held senior positions with the
Saskatchewan Department of Mineral Resources, Saskatchewan Energy and Mines, and
Saskatchewan Industry and Resources. During his tenure, he has monitored all mineral
exploration activity in the Province working closely with the mining exploration
industry. Dr. Gracie is the Saskatchewan Mining Association representative on the
Saskatchewan Environment sponsored North Central Land Use Plan, and Weyerhauser
Local Stakeholder Advisory Committee in La Ronge. |

Michael Lederhouse Consultant, Field Operations

Based out of Northern Saskatchewan for the past 25 years, Mike Lederhouse's career has
spanned the Athabasca Basin's most significant phases of exploration and discovery. In
the past, Lederhouse has managed significant exploration projects for such companies as
Cameco Corporation, Areva (Cogema), Noranda, Cominco, Placer Dome, and Phelps Dodge.
He is a joint venture partner in the Anglo-Rouyn project, a gold recovery operation
utilizing the existing tailings of the former Anglo-Rouyn Mine north of La Ronge. |
